Northern Maple – 

All of our hard maple billets are Hand Split by North America’s best quality producers to the highest baseball bat standards and from second growth forests being regenerated each year. Our Northern Maple grade bats are vacuum dried and turned at low speeds from only the finest quality split stock and straight grain to increase both the hardness and maple effect. Maple will not flex as much on impact as ash, driving the ball farther. At our plant every billet is hand sorted and graded to standards that have been used within our factory for over 100 years. Bats are Double Boned for Max Hardness and Hand Sanded for the best balance. Finest Pro Grade with the Best Pop. Our Double Bone Rub process makes the hitting surface 7-10% harder allowing the hitter to drive the ball even farther. Designed specifically with the Independent Pro Players in mind. Crafted from high-quality Canadian Rock Maple, the I13 Torpedo bat Gold Series is Hand-Split and Double Bone Rubbed for Maximum Hardness and Exceptional pop. Designed by our Senior Pro Shop Engineers to Provide Long Ball and Walk Off power! Its distinctive I13 Torpedo Pattern Features an Innovative, Concentrated Barrel design. This Shape Focuses Mass in the Sweet Spot for Power, while maintaining a Large Sweet Spot for more Consistent Hits and still Shifting the overall Balance Point closer to the Hands, making the Bat feel Lighter and more Controlled During the Swing.

All of our orders ship from Knoxfield, VIC & local pick-up is available in-cart. All small orders (under 22kg) are generally sent via Australia Post unless another courier is requested. Orders bigger than 22kg generally go via one of Toll, TNT or Northline (for large pallets). Provided there are no issues with the order, all individual orders received before 2pm Monday-Friday will be despatched same day. Certain items may be next day depending on time of order (eg: pitching machines that require bookings via courier) and depending on size, some club orders may be next day despatch as well.

Ausport offers free shipping within Australia on orders over $150, with some exceptions for bulky items such as tees and nets.

Ausport SuperStore can also send your order via express post upon request. Depending on the size of the order it may be able to be sent in one of 3 overnight satchel sizes (500g, 3kg and 5kg). Items bigger than a shoe box will need to be sent via Australia Post's Express Parcel service. 

Ausport also offers international shipping to New Zealand, calculated in your cart, and are able to ship to other countries upon request (contact us at despatch@ausport.com.au for a shipping quote)

Returns

If you have purchased an item and you are not happy with the item (wrong size, wrong colour etc) you may exchange the item or obtain a store credit within 30 days of purchase. For items that are faulty or broken, please contact us at sales@ausport.com.au so we can resolve this issue ASAP. This includes Bats that have broken under warranty.
