Payment & Delivery

Ausport SuperStore accepts the following methods of payment*:

Under $A500 we accept PayPal only
Over $A500 we accept PayPal or International Money Transfer

Credit Card

Ausport SuperStore accepts Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only.

Generally Ausport will not debit money from your account until your order is ready for dispatch - if prepayment is required, we will contact you.

Please ensure that the card details entered are correct and funds are available as otherwise there will be delays in despatching your order.

PayPal

Ausport accepts PayPal on all individual and club orders, both domestically and internationally. If not using our automated Web/eWAYs PayPal system, please contact us for information on how to make payment.

Our PayPal account is paypal@ausport.com.au - please leave a note containing your Name/Club Name and Order Number.

Direct Deposit / International Money Transfer

Please do not direct deposit or transfer money until you have received an email from Ausport detailing the total amount payable, once you have received this email please deposit your payment into our ANZ Bank account using Internet, telephone or branch banking

Your order will be despatched as soon as funds have cleared. (Please note it can take up to 48 hours for your payment to show in our bank account).

If you are interested we have 30-day credit accounts available upon successful application. In order to apply for a 30-day credit account, please download the account form and personal guarantee form, print and/or fill them out and then return them to us via post or email. If you are posting it to us please ensure you address it to the following address

Please note that we do require the first order to be paid in advance before a 30-day account will be opened.

School Ordering

In order to purchase for a school, we just require a school purchase form to be emailed/faxed through to us at either sales@ausport.com.au or to 03 97641412.
Once we have a school purchase order form we will open an account for the school.

Australia Post Express Services

Ausport SuperStore can also send your order via express post upon request. Depending on the size of the order it may be able to be sent in one of 3 express satchel sizes (500g, 3kg and 5kg). Items bigger than a shoe box (e.g. a Bat, Catchers Set, Large Bags or a Batting Tee) will need to be sent via Australia Post Express Parcel service, the cost of service is calculated based on the size & weight of the item as well as its delivery location.

If you would like your order to be sent via express post, call Ausport on (03) 9764 1511 with your confirmed order number & a despatch team staff member will be able to assist you.

Tracking your Parcel

After your parcel has been picked up, you will receive an e-mail from Australia Post with a tracking number for your item. Using the link above (also included in the e-mail), you can track the item 24/7. The tracking service will show all of the updates on your item as it makes its way to the delivery location.

Simply copy the tracking number from your e-mail into where it states “Enter tracking number” on the Australia Post site. If you did not receive a tracking number on your invoice please call Ausport on (03) 9764 1511 and a despatch team staff member will be able to assist you.

Items listed as ‘In Transit’

Some items may be listed on the tracking service as ‘In Transit’ with little or no updates since it was picked up from our warehouse. This simply means that it is still on the way to your local post office. If you do not see any updates on the tracking service after 5 business days, please contact Ausport on (03) 9764 1511 and a staff member will be able to contact Australia Post on your behalf for an update on your parcel.

Estimated Delivery Times

Depending on the delivery location & the delivery service used, the expected delivery time can vary between 3 – 15 business days after the order is placed. Below is a chart of estimated delivery times after the order has been placed based on your location.

*PLEASE NOTE:Once your parcel has left our warehouse, Ausport has no control over when your parcel will be delivered. The delivery times on our website are merely a guideline
given to us by Australia Post. Ausport also claims no responsibility for anything that may happen to your parcel while it is en route. Ausport will not issue refunds for any parcel that
is lost or damaged by any freight/courier company that your item is being delivered by.

COURIER (Melbourne Metropolitan only)

Ausport SuperStore can send your products via courier service within the Melbourne metropolitan area.

Orders must be placed prior to 10am for same day delivery by the courier company.

**PLEASE NOTE! As previously stated, Ausport cannot guarantee any delivery time as the delivery of the item is out of our control once it has been picked up. Ausport claims no
responsibility for the delivery of services of express post & couriers and as such, Ausport will not issue refunds for delivery costs of items that did not meet expected delivery time frames.

International Shipping

For delivery outside of Australia the total delivery cost will be confirmed after we receive your order and check the destination.
(GST/Sales Tax is not applied to orders shipped outside of Australia)

For international orders, your local Customs Duty and/or Sales Tax and other taxes may be payable, please contact the customs office in your destination country for more information.
(By law, Ausport SuperStore is required to declare the true value and nature of any products exported overseas)

Ausport SuperStore sends International parcels by Australia Post Express International Shipping only. If you would like a quote on shipping before placing your order, please email sales@ausport.com.au with the complete list of items & delivery address. All prices & shipping costs will be in Australian Dollars.
