When it comes to purchasing something, anything online, the security question towers above everything else. We do not take our store’s overall cyber security and particularly the billing process security lightly.   If the website has an SLL certificate, this means that the owners care about your shopping experience being secure, safe and sound and want to make sure that all the data (including financial) that you enter on our website will be securely encrypted!

• Multiple Gateways

  When we were considering which payment gateways to use on our website, the choice varies for Domestic and International orders. For Domestic orders The Ausport Superstore accepts the following methods of payment: Visa; MasterCard; PayPal; Direct Deposit/International Money Transfer; Cheque/Money Order; Customer Account. For all international orders we accept; Under $A500 we accept PayPal only; Over $A500 we accept PayPal or International Money Transfer

• Credit Cards

  Ausport Superstore accepts Visa & MasterCard only. Generally, Ausport will not debit money from your account until your order is ready for despatch - if prepayment is required, we will contact you. Please ensure that the card details entered are correct and funds are available as otherwise there will be delays in despatching your order.

• PayPal

  All PayPal payments should be made to: accounts@ausport.com.au

• Direct Deposit/ International Money Transfer

  If you wish to pay by direct deposit, please wait until you have received our invoice. Payments can be sent to our ANZ Bank account using Internet, telephone or branch banking.

• Customer Account (not school accounts- see below)

  We have 30-day credit accounts available to approved retailers. In order to apply for a 30-day credit account, please download the account form and personal guarantee form, print and/or fill them out and then return them to us via post or email. If you are posting, please ensure you address the envelope to the following address:

  Please note that we do require the first order to be paid in advance before a 30-day account will be opened.

• School Ordering

  In order to purchase for a school, we just require a school purchase form to be emailed through to us at sales@ausport.com.au. Once we have a school purchase form we will open an account for your school.
